We really like your products for years. Your products were the only ones we trusted for our phones. We asked you to exchange an iPhone 15 case for a 16 before you send it but you didn’t even care an answer to our demand + you charge fees for delivery and return. So, we’re sorry but we probably won’t buy anything since now.

Product is fantastic by when u purchased it the website said I’d get a 20% off a screen saver if purchased at same time which I did. But the 20% was not removed. I emailed tech1 but they simply said it had been removed so I gave up on them.

Tech 21 cases are Brilliant this is my third. They have protected 3 different phones from all sorts of drops & knocks over the years. My only complaint is that they've stopped selling the Samsung Galaxy S23 screen protector even though the S23 is still being sold. You asked me to be honest so that is my one gripe. Otherwise Tech21 is fabulous and their support, when I needed it (a few years ago) to find a case that was not listed on the website, was above & beyond what was necessary. Very much appreciated!

I have had Tech 21 cases for many years now. When I first started using them they were great the last three phones that I've had got broken in the tech 21 cases. They no longer come with a breakage guarantee only a guarantee for the case itself. I will be switching to something more sturdy. Very disappointed. My phone's are expensive and my work day is crazy I used to be able to trust these cases and I can no longer. I've had to claim insurance claims and it's cost me money to replace phones. Not happy!!!!! It definitely does not give me drop protection any longer and I don't drop it from far. It's never been dropped for more than waist height. I only gave one star because you can't give none!!!

If i could give this transaction a negative I would definitely do so. First, the tracking number you sent me doesn’t show any update so I reached out to your help desk because it’s been more than seven days. Second, after how many days, the person handling my concern told me that the package is at the local post office so I got mad because I paid for the delivery fee but you’re basically telling me to pickup the package myself! Plus he/she didn’t even send me exact details regarding the status of the package and the postal office it is in! Thirdly, trying to compensate, you guys just decided to refund the shipping fee instead of troubleshooting. Worst, I got charged extra on my credit card instead of getting refunded! Fourth, I still don’t have my package as of date and I don’t have any details on which local post office it is in so worst come to worst it’ll get returned and I won’t get refunded. What a mess this has been. Regretted ordering in the first place!

"Awful customer service "

I love tech 21, but this last experience with the costumer service has left me feeling like I should never shop directly from the store anymore. I reached out to the customer service team member who responded to my first email, and I never heard back. I took a whole week for my products to be shipped, for what reason I still don’t know.
