"Delivery too slow"

It’s 2 weeks since my order and I haven’t received my phone cover. Tracking says it’s on its way. I’m heading overseas tomorrow so I bought a new cover at a retail store today. Guess I’ll end up with 2 covers - but only one will be a Tech21.

Update (2 Dec 24). I contacted Tech21 and they acknowledged that they were having trouble with deliveries to Australia. They immediately offered to re-ship or refund. Since I had already purchased an alternative phone cover, I went with the refund option and the refund was complete within 24 hours. Good recovery Tech21.

Tech 21 is making customers pay for their own returns, and they charge so much for their products! Disappointed!

Fit is the only minor quibble with this. Sags a tiny bit on the lower case in the middle. Doesn't quite fit around the back corners as I'd like. It is just enough to tell, and not a deal-breaker. Still protects just fine.

The feel of the case beats all others. Longevity is about as expected. I have known several owners with Tech21 cases, and I'd estimate they are slightly more durable than cheaper designs.

I'd love to have an option for a case that is completely flat along whatever port side the case is designed for, enough so that a flush-fitting dock can be attached without removing the case. Perhaps those are rare, but I have one and cannot use it with the case, unless I remove part of the case. The Tech21 case is too nice to modify, however.

Screen protector poor as kept coming with lots of air bubbles. I followed the instructions provided. No, justify spending so much money as I end up throwing in the bin.

When i get a new phone i always buy a case and screen protector from tech 21. The case and screen never fail to protect my phone, never damage if/when dropped and screen stays in perfect condition. Everytime i have change my phone when i have taken the case and screen protector the phone looks brand new, not one mark on it. I will always buy from tech 21 best protection for any phone. 👍👍👍👍👍

I've only had Tech21 iPhone protectors and after multiple drops, I've never caused a crack.
My only negative, Verizon stores don't carry any more so had to order online, received days after I got the new phone, so was really scared in the interim...
They tried to sell me comparable, but I'm definitely sticking to what works.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service! They fail to respond within the promised timeframe and provide no solutions at all. It has been over a week, and my query still remains unanswered. Extremely disappointed with their service!
