It was more of a communication issue. When I filled in the order, I thought I had the correct billing address and a different shipping address. When I received the confirmation they were reversed so I called and I got good customer service except he said “I’ll try and cancel it, but I’m not sure it’ll work.” And then the call ended with me not being clear about whether it was canceled or not. I did not receive another email that confirmed the cancellation. So I waited and waited unfortunately I was away for two weeks and had to wait till I was home before I knew it was successful. But I had to live with a new phone without the protective covering for two weeks and that time I dropped it and I have two cracks on my screen cover. So then I need to reorder and wait. Suggestion: It would’ve been helpful to receive an email that the order was canceled.
