I couldn't cancel after one day of placing the order even though it took more then seven days to get to me. I paid for shipping both ways. I didn't end up getting the phone the case would have been used with so there was no reason to keep it. I won't be purchasing through your business again.

Tech21 website automatically generated my old address in the system and sent package to that address. I noticed 2 minute after order I called and sent email immediately and they were unwilling to correct my address. Their response was uspc should figure it out. I still have no package 10 days after order

Absolutely love Tech21 cases as have had them for years.
Ordered my latest case on the 7th December. On the 11th I asked why my order hadn’t yet been posted and was told there was a delay in processing some orders.
Today 12th December I thought I’d chase it up again, only to be told to let them know if still haven’t received item. Obviously my email wasn’t read properly.
Normally when I’ve ordered from Tech21 the item takes a few days tops to arrive without complication.
This item was meant to be a Christmas gift for friend but how things are going it doesn’t look like I’ll receive it before Christmas let alone my friend receiving it.

Big disappointment. Do better Tech21.

Following what I wrote above, the day after my item was delivered and Tech21 said would refund postage in return for the delay.
