"Not fit for purpose. Failed"

Paid over £45.00 for a case for my Samsung S24 ultra a good looking case. But one drop from my kitchen worktop onto ceramic tiles phone landed on its back front screen ok but I could see cracks on the back at the camera so I took the case off and the rear cover was completely shattered. A case that claims a 20ft phone protection a total fail. To get it fixed it will cost me over £100
Update...I should have mentioned that I've been using tech 21 cases for many years and never had any issues. My previous phone was a Samsung S21 ultra dropped it a few times landed on its back, front and side impact with no damage
. It's a pity the case for the S24 ultra failed...

It would go onto the lens easily but then you cannot get the case to fit over it. This after 4 times of trying to get it to fit.

I sent an email to your help desk at least 4 days ago. No response.

I am not impressed.
