preordered a case for iPhone 16 drop the same day I pre ordered the iPhone. The case came in 3 weeks after the iPhone, Tech21 refused to cancel. Made me file a lengthy return policy of 21 days. No funds hit my account after 21 days where I filed a complaint and instantly had funds returned. Why did I have to wait 21 days?

Took a month to receive my case. By then I decided to return it and I’m still waiting to be credited back .

Every iPhone I had, Tech21 is my go to case. They never failed me. I dropped my phone at least a few dozen times and my phone was crack free.

"Quality control"

There were oily stains on the inside of the case. I wiped them and put it on my iPhone, but stains remained on it. After two months of use, the case got damaged. I contacted tech21 and they kindly sent me a replacement, but it had oil stains as well, so I did not use it anymore.
