I have been a satisfied tech21 customer for years. I got a new case in December and the very next day the phone dropped and suffered cracks in the back. I contacted the company and the response

"I did not receive the correct item"

I did not receive the correct item. I ordered a rubbery, flexible iPhone protective case like the one I had for my previous phone. However, I was sent a hard plastic case instead. I decided to keep the incorrect item because I figured it would be too much of a hassle to try to get it exchanged.

"Did not get order"

Ordered a case on dec 23rd, it is jan 6th and i still have not recieved the order. The order hasnt even shipped yet. Contacted suppirt and got no responce, i have been using these products for years now this is very disapointing.

iPhone cover was defective after less than a year. Was under guarantee. Initially told our model was discontinued but eventually found a replacement

I always buy Tech21 covers. The new one has extra protection again. Good grip.
I was a bit surprised that after being advertised as an Australian site I was charged a foreign currency surcharge so was not the price advertised. Not much but appeared to be deceitful!! A bit disappointing. But I still love the quality of Tech21.

"Tech21 screen protector"

Ordered an iPhone 15 pro max Evo check cover with half price glass protector. Wrong size screen protector sent , I expected the right size to be sent but was told no exchanges so would have to send the wrong one back. Cost of posting, time and fuel meant a return was not cost effective. New 6.7 screen protector would be full price with a hefty delivery 😔
