I’ve been a loyal Tech21 customer for over five years, consistently choosing their cases. However, I’ve noticed that the cases often discolor, burn, or appear dirty over time. While Tech21 has been responsive in replacing them when needed, the screen protector installation process has been a persistent challenge. Despite my best efforts, dust always manages to get trapped underneath, leading to air bubbles that worsen within a week. This forces me to reorder far too often. Although I’ve appreciated their service, it’s become frustrating, and I’ve decided it’s time to explore other options.

The colors were a lot muted in person, when I tried to return it...the process was so difficult. will not be buying from the website again.

The service is great.
The product however has deteriorated quickly.
It looks rough and aged and having bought numerous products this is my finding with all of them.
For such an expensive product I’d expect some longevity.
