"Scammer "

First of all, when I ordered from them, my order arrived very late. Because of their protector and cover, my phone remained unused for more than a week. When their order finally arrived, I went to have their protector applied to my phone, but the protector didn’t fit the screen properly. The sides were completely uncovered. The person applying the protector told me it wouldn’t fit properly, so he threw it away. I told him to discard it and bought a new protector from his shop.

This whole issue caused me a loss of around £19-£20. Then, regarding the phone cover, they had assured me it wouldn’t turn yellow. However, it’s been only about 5-6 months, and the cover has already started turning yellow. I paid a hefty amount of £50-£60 for these products, and everything turned out to be faulty and a waste.

When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. This is a terrible website and a horrible experience overall. I initially trusted them because of their collaboration with iPhone, but now I will never order from them again. It’s all lies.

I've been using Tech21 since the iPhone 5s. I love them so much and they do their job of protecting my phones - I've never had one crack with the case on. I throw my phone across rooms to prove my points lol.

"Scratchy defective material"

This is the second case I purchased from this company. The first case was the black version at full price. I was very happy with that one. This one however, arrived damaged in several spots and looked like it had already been used. I emailed to the company asking for a shipping label so that I also don’t have to incur the Cost of a return package for a defective product that should’ve never been sent to me in the first place and they still haven’t replied, and that was over a week ago I am never buying anything from this company again sale price or not.

It is a reliable product. The quality is good.
Website navigation is difficult, so is to find specific product. Limited options on iPhone models, e.g. not much for iPhone SE. Screen protectors are also limited to some models, and those available are only glass ones. I like the flexible and the self heal ones but not sold anymore.

I bought a tech 21 case after getting a new iPhone 14 for my birthday. I broke my last iPhone sooo many times and I couldn’t find a case that could protect it. I tried getting a screen protector, I tried all kinds of cases but none of them worked for my phone. I didn’t want a very large phone case because I needed my phone to fit in my pocket or purse. Eventually I had to get a new phone because my old one was so damaged internally and no amount of screen repair or replacement could fix it anymore. For my new phone I wanted something that would truly protect my phone and make it me-proof. I got a clear tech 21 case and it has been the best case I’ve ever had!! I’ve dropped my phone from a fireplace mantle and onto the sidewalk, I’ve dropped it on carpet and hardwood floors. This case is amazing! My phone doesn’t have a single scratch or dent on it! I didn’t even need a screen protector because the case is so lovely!! It doesn’t add bulk to my phone, but it protects it so well!
