I ordered multiple cases. One of the cases when you push the right button on iPhone. It doesn’t work with the case. It is a mess. Going to Best Buy to get another brand.
I’ve only used tech 21 for years on all of my phones in my family. I feel their service and product quality have gone down.

I was waiting for my phone case over 1 month.

The case itself is great—no complaints there. However, the shipping process was really slow. I ordered my iPhone 16 Pro case on September 11 and had to wait nearly three weeks for it to arrive. During that time, I even received discount coupon codes for the same product, which I couldn’t take advantage of since my order was already placed. If I had canceled and reordered, I could have used those discounts. Also, the shipping platform (shopping.com or whichever service you use) made it difficult to track my order. Overall, while I’m happy with the case, the delivery experience needs improvement.

"The case showed a month late"

The case showed a month late. I got a refund for the price but they would not give me my $4.95 shipping back. I’m still mad about it and I won’t be buying the cases in the future. The product wasn’t even all black it was more like a blue. I bought these cases for years too. It cmon a month to get the case when you tell me it’s hopping the day the iPhone 16 was released. You need to refund my shipping I lost $4.95 for being loyal.
