"Would only buy Tech21 "

I’ve had an iPhone 11 and have now owned an iPhone 13 Pro for 2 and a half years, I always struggled with phone cases. I’ve tried countless number of different brands but none compare to Tech21. I love the design of the EvoCheck, the grip of the case and how well it protects the phone. Not to mention, delivery and customer services were excellent and prompt

"great products, poor delivery"

products are great but the delivery experience was slow and communications confusing, ie unclear if the package had actually left the building or just been booked in with Auspost.

"Camera protection "

I have just bought an iPhone 16 pro. Rather expensive!! So thought a cover which protected the camera would be good.
But the cover doesn’t open smoothly which means I can’t take the great photos. Thinking of leaving it open which defeats the purpose.

I’ve used Tech21 cases for years, they have always protected my iPhone from accidental drops. When a family member needed a new case I didn’t hesitate to recommend a Tech21 case. The choices available for the iPhone 13 also solved an issue of the family member loose their phone on a dark background when face down.

Phone cover and screen protector work well.
Tracking notifications were confusing and not accurate.
Deliver took longer than estimated but could have been due to the Christmas rush.
