This phone case was delivered within the time listed by the seller and is as decribed by the seller. Thanks Tech 21 for creating a reliable product. This is my second time purchasing a Tech 21 case. The first case for my Samsung Galaxy S10, protected my phone for a very long time. My S10 is very old but still has the original screen intact no chips and no cracks. I work from ladders and a drop from the hight I work at would not only shatter the screen, but also destroy the inner workings of the phone. I would definitely recommend Tech 21 EvoCheck phone cases for other phones.

"evo max for iPhone 16 pro not black and charcoal as advertised! It's black and light grey. "

I bought the evo max for iPhone 16 pro. It's supposed to be black and charcoal, and the web site shows a black case with dark grey trim and buttons. But when it arrived the trim and buttons were light grey- nothing even close to anyone's definition of "charcoal". Sadly I had to return it, and pay return postage, despite the fact that the product was seriously misrepresented. I have had a great experience with the evo max for iphone 13 pro. But I now will have to settle for a black case without a camera lens cover.

I ordered a phone case cyber Mon morning 12/02 for my husbands new phone. Order was fulfiilled same day. Received USPS tracking number and status still shows label created and waiting for item to ship. Still showing pre-shipment status. Promised 3-5 business days shipping. Nobody knows where the case is or how to track it 9 days later. Also opened USPS investigation. Asked for a phone call from seller but never got one. Suggestion is just keep waiting.

I purchased the impact glass screen protector from Tech2, anticipating the same level of quality as their cases. However, my expectations were unfortunately misplaced. Despite applying the screen protector correctly, I observed persistent bubbles on the screen, despite the absence of any dust or debris. Furthermore, Tech21’s customer service proved inadequate in addressing this issue. Surprisingly, they informed me that air bubbles are not covered under warranty, even in cases of defective screen protectors. I strongly advise consumers to explore alternative retailers for screen protectors.
