"My order took over three weeks to leave…"

My order took over three weeks to leave the warehouse. Despite the estimated delivery time between 5-10 days. There was no communication from tech 21.

Was a horrible experience. Ordered the product and took 4 weeks to come. Customer service was extremely unhelpful, told me the product would be delayed as the factory is having logistical issues, despite them advertising the product would arrive within 10 days. They should’ve highlighted this issue at the purchase. I only found this out after not getting a tracking number after a week

I chose this case for my new iPhone 16 pro Max because I previously had a Tech 21 case on my iPhone X from Day 1, dropped it many times and there was never any damage sustained. This is a great product and stands true to its claims on the box.

I explained to support that the delivery company, Evri, had marked the product as "Delivery attempted" and that I would like to know when it will be delivered, to which I got a response of look around your house or with a neighbour. As though I wouldn't have done that first. So in summary, I wasn't helped in the slightest.
