"Evo Tint with MagSafe Phone Case for iPhone 13"

This iPhone case with MagSafe appears at first glance to be identical in construction to the NON-MagSafe version: It provides a snug fit for the iPhone 13, feels good in the hand, and provides reasonable drop protection. The probem with this case, however, is that the slightly elasticised bezel uses a different type of plastic to the hard front panel, and within a very short time is prone to split and separate from where the two plastic types are vulcanised together. This renders the case unfit for purpose, and in my view is not worth the AU$69.99 retail price. I have replaced this case once already under warranty, but Tech21's current warranty policy is not to honour any claims beyond the initial replacement. This leaves a rather bad taste in my mouth, considering the expense of the case in the first instance. Based on my experience, this particular iPhone-13 case is not recommended.

I ordered a laptop case for my Apple MacBook Air 13’ 2021 and the top cover fits but it is a little off and the bottom case falls off completely. This item was not only expensive but now I have to pay in order to return it to them for a refund.

"Dissatisfied with Tech 21"

First I contacted Tech 21 after I made my purchase and no one ever contacted me. I bought the iPhone case in September and it is already scratched. I had one from another company on my old phone and it never scratched. I put it in a cloth bag in my purse so it is protected. I would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered a case to fit a MacBook Air 2020 and was sent something different. I’ve been trying to get it exchanged, but I am told I need to pay for shipping. When I explained that it was in their error, I received no response. Will not use this company again with this customer service.
