"My case arrived so late"

My case arrived so late! Tech 21 sure did not give mine to me for free! I returned mine and they even charged me shipping! I will never buy tech 21 again! I ordered this case first and it wast the LAST case to arrive! I just got my refund NOVEMBER 1st!

Buongiorno, ho ordinato una cover per il macbook pro 16 2021 il giorno 08/10/24 e non l'ho mai ricevuta, ho contattato il servizio clienti di tech21 i quali mi hanno riferito che il pacco è andato perso.
Mi hanno rispedito nuovamente la cover il giorno 18/10/24 senza nessun numero di tracking, e ad oggi ancora non è ancora arrivato niente.
Servizio pessimo!!

"Very customer friendly company"

My order had an unexpected delay, so Tech21 responded quickly and was able to cancel my order and refund, no problem. Communication is excellent, and products are outstanding (family members use them). Will definitely order products in the future.

"Failed delivery results in free case!"

I had ordered an EvoArmor case for my new iPhone 16 Pro but it failed to arrive in time. I requested a refund and received it.
A month later the case I had ordered arrived - without charge. In other words, to make up for the missed deadline Tech 21 sent me the case free of charge as a way of apology.

Best customer service I've ever seen from any manufacturer or vendor. I have purchased a Tech 21 case for every iPhone I've owned but now I am even more impressed with this company. Customer for life!

"I pre ordered the evo case and screen…"

I pre ordered the evo case and screen protector for the new iPhone 16 pro max. Not only did it not arrive but after numerous emails to this disgusting company and no response over numerous weeks I only received an email after threatening to take the issue to the ACCC
They refunded but still did not communicate with me whatsoever. I waited well over a month for my items. I will never shop with company again and suggest that buyers beware!

"Too long for shipping"

It’s been 10 days since I ordered a phone case. The tracking still says ‘label created, awaiting item’.

Customer service’s response was that they’d ask usps to update tracking within 24 hours. Nothing has changed. I should have my case by now, or at least an explanation or an option for a refund.
