"Lack of Response from Helpdesk"

As a 7 year customer and advocate of Tech21 products, I am so disappointed at the lack of response from three emails I sent to the Helpdesk, specifically to Miranda. I have an iPhone 15 Pro case that turned yellow after six months and requested a replacement case after submitting my proof of purchase. I provided three different shipping addresses in the Miami, Florida area and I was told they could not ship because each postal code was considered high risk for fraud. I am now stuck with a yellowed clear case that’s only six months old. I am so disappointed in the lack of response.

EDIT: After Erika’s comments about the HelpDesk being there to assist me, I emailed them again about the yellowing case I purchased six months ago. It’s been 5 days and no response from them. If they would respond and tell me they would not replace my item, I would have more respect for them. Unbelievable!
