My old cases had better grip on the edges and were not so rigid. I feel my phone is not protected as well if dropped and the edges are more slippery, so more prone to dropping it.

Their customer service is horrible, I asked numerous times as soon as I placed my case order that I mistakenly ordered the wrong item bc of for what phone I needed it and took over 2 weeks to reply. After it said the item was shipped is when they decided to respond back to me telling me there was nothing they can do. This ain’t the first time it’s happened and I want a refund for my stuff and they make everything so difficult. I will not be returning to this site again.
