Rushtechsupport is, in my book, outstanding. Immediately upon answer-ing their telephone call they tell you what the purpose of their call is, what I will need to do to assist them in getting ready to do their job. They review everything with you as to what has to be done, what needs to be done and how it will be done. If Rush tells you they will be calling back in an hour, give or take a few minutes on either side you know the telephone is going to ring and who will be on the other side. If they came upon a snag I was called and informed what is going to need to be done to continue their job. I have not encountered one abrupt, disre-spectful technician. I am super happy with their work and professional-ism. One great thing they do is use your security code immediately. However, should they forget and you ask them for it they don't play games, saying you know who I am, I told where I am calling from, etc., they get it and tell you, and they THANK you for asking for it. A top notch company providing top notch services.
