Today, wanted to use my Microsoft Word. It said it expired and I first thought it might be a scam for me to quickly send someone some money to fix it. I needed to update my security, get my computer scanned/cleaned up and add a second computer protection plan ~ I am a physician and use my laptop to travel to remote clinic sites ~ I need a secure computer to assure that my patient's private data remains private! These folks listened, understood what I needed and explained clearly to a non-tech person what was done and how it worked ~ Afterall, you can't be good at everything and when I needed computer security, I went to the experts who have helped me feel that I am doing all I can to protect private information and are always there when I have a question/concern (No matter how small or stupid it may seem !!) ~ These guys are true professionals !
