Rush tech support has gotten me out of some jams throughout the 5 years I have had a service contract with. I've called them with easy things like excel, or other things like a Ransom mess. The VPN is something everyone needs to have to keep their computer safe.

a person called saying he was an authorized mircrosoft firm .. he said my screen was black because of suspicious activity and he could solve it for $200 --i called rush tech and they took care of everything and indicated the call was probably a scam artist or hacker
