"Never again."

Really the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was sent the wrong device and therefor left without internet for two weeks in a place I could not possibly roam in. Couldn’t reach clients and had actual financial loss because of this. Check that they give you a device that actually works in the region you’re traveling to.

"Travelling round Colombia with Tep…"

Travelling round Colombia with Tep really saved me, it's importance can't be understated until you use it on the regular! On my next trip i will definitely be using it. The only possible negative might be that the battery life could be a bit better but overall it was fine. I expect it is due to being a rental unit.

"Teppy is a gem."

My very own Teppy has never let me down even once. I have both their 3G and 4G units and I am very satisfied with the performance of both devices. Seamless connectivity whenever, wherever I travel.

"Inadequate service and fussy device"

I tried to post this review to TEP's site, but because I gave it only two stars, it oddly didn't get posted. That tells you a bit about the company.

The service worked okay on St. Lucia, but was virtually non-existent on Martinique. Maybe it was the device, maybe it was the mobile towers they have access to, but I was able to get a cell connection on my phone consistently in places where TEP showed zero bars.

The startup process on the device usually stalled and I had to power on and off to try again... almost every time. We stopped using it even when there was a signal, just because the connection was so maddeningly inconsistent.

"Excellent service and device"

I initially was having problems connecting to my device, and got frustrated with the whole process since I needed to use WiFi in Israel. Tep’s customer service tried to help me while I was traveling and upon my arrival at home they sent me a new device and credited 5 more days to my account. When I tried to use my new device in Serbia, I was informed that Tep did not have coverage in Serbia. I was frustrated and not shy to let them know. Again, they told that they were trying to solve my problem and that they would credit two more days to my account. A few hours later, they contacted me stating that they just purchased coverage in Serbia and that I could use my Tep. So, when I turned it on it not only worked but was also a very fast connection. I was really impressed for the way they handled the whole situation and satisfied as a customer.

"We relied on Tep during our recent trip…"

We relied on Tep during our recent trip to the Philippines and were so grateful for its amazing service! We were at a eco-resort without Wifi and this was our lifeline to the world to share the trip and contact our family-- THANK YOU AGAIN TEPPY!!!

"Really helped me on my travel…"

Really helped me on my travel to uk/europe from aus. Beat my roaming charges by miles and was really easy to use and connect too. I have booked in a teppy for my next travel :)

"I have loved having my Teppy with me…"

I have loved having my Teppy with me for my recent trip to Kenya, and enjoyed the simplicity and connectivity at reasonable cost. The support team were very responsive to my emails about changing and confirming my collection date and request for additional information. The only reason I chose great rather than excellent was that I found the website confusing about the delivery and return options and pricing - it seemed to offer me the choice of post or collection, but whatever I chose, it then seemed to default to my needing to collect it, It wasn't really clear to me what was actually going to happen until I got the confirmation email. Despite this, my experience of collection and drop off at the airport, and the responsiveness of the support team have been so good, that I will be looking forward to my next Teppy experience.

"I've had a Teppy device for the past…"

I've had a Teppy device for the past year, and it has been so perfect for me! I travel loads for work and fun and this makes landing in a foreign country so easy. Occasionally it takes a while to connect. I have called customer support a couple of times and mostly got an instant solution to my connection issues. All in all I have been happy

"Absolutely terrible experience. Don't waste your money."

Absolutely terrible experience with the amazingly unhelpful company. I STRONGLY urge you to get your wifi device from one of the other companies out there. I travel a lot as a personal chef all over the world and have used many companies for wifi services (depending on what companies have the best deals going on in the counties I'm visiting) and have never had any issues until Tep.
Even if they have a "good deal" going on or a sale PLEASE steer clear of this company and go thru somewhere that will actually provide the service you are paying for.
