The 30 day trial is a bait and switch. If you pay for the service before your 30 day trial is up, your 30 day trial is voided. That's not a true 30 days free trial. Avoid this company since they are dishonest with their practices.

"Four more years on"

Four more years on, improved, this still the best available for our medical group covering three outpatient sites and two hospitals. IOS via multiple phones and tablets. Good job, highly recommended.

"Great customer support, powerful tools but terribly slow on IOS"

We use DoForms for all our inspections, maintenance requisitions and plenty other paper work that needs to be done on site. We love the ability to customize and create forms easily. While it can be buggy, their customer support and engineers, never hesitate to help you out and push out fixes relatively quickly compared to any other company I've worked with. They respond and reply rather quickly and are always helpful. We love the versatility and the ability to write onto an Access database and also dispatch forms. These are incredibly powerful features allowing us to manipulate data easily and seamlessly with as little user input & monitoring as possible and to keep us accountable. HOWEVER, on the down-side, I have worked with both Android and IOS devices for DoForms. Several features available on Android is not available on or IOS, or is buggy on IOS. In addition, it is insanely slow on the IOS compared to on Android. Each time you answer a question, you see the loading symbol on your tablet which does not allow you to answer the next question until it finishes loading. When you have forms with about 50 questions, this makes the form(s) incredibly slow and not user friendly. Hopefully, there will be a fix for that. 5 stars for customer service/support, but 1 star for performance.

I work in a service busy where reports comes from the field to the customers. This process has streamlined that process.

"A handy program with excellent support, but sometimes operates slowly"

doForms is a great program, it has lots of options and is very transformable for fit your needs. We do forestry research and the doForms staff were great at making us a custom form to enter our research into (1600 tree measurements). We also used it to record data during a seedling trial and I found the forms easy to build and simple to use.

We have found that without connection to cellular or wi-fi networks when using doForms in the field it can be extremely slow. We ended up not using it for the tree measurements as it was way too slow and costing us precious field time.

The staff at doForms are really what make this program great! Any questions you have they answer quickly and efficiently. The option to take online tutorials and attend webinars is awesome.

A customizable application that allows any individual or organization to enter the mobile app territory very conveniently. No shortlisting app developers, creating platforms, huge budgets etc. Just design the form and Doforms does the rest.

We have been using DoForms for our mobile forms for over a year now. It works good for most of our needs, but continues to have unresolved issues with some iOS app bugs.

This service really deserves 5 stars for the terrific service and attentive people. I gave it 4 stars only because the service seems to still be in development in some ways. However, when I have requested specific features, they rolled out the new version with my request. They are constantly striving to make everything more user friendly, and their response time when I have a question is super fast. Our company has implemented doForms into the way we do business, and it has simplified paperwork for our employees. It's better than anything we've seen out there, since we can customize forms and reports and use them exactly how we want to. I would definitely recommend this service!
