"Con artists"

Con artists, they have taken £530 pounds from mt PayPal but no acknowledgement to order, all 5 emails are being returned, phone goes to answerphone and they don’t reply to messages.
Have requested refund through PayPal now, fingers crossed!

"Poor Customer Service"

Ordered a Dell Latitude before Christmas for my son, advertised as 8GB RAM, when received the laptop only had 4GB, I called the office and let them know and was told 2 modules would be sent out, this never arrived. I sent a feedback form again requesting the memory be sent out and its still not been received.

This was not the first time the advertised spec was not the spec received although on the previous occasion the issue was satisfactorily resolved.

Would have reservations about purchasing from here again due to poor customer service

Device arrived late, and had to chased up. A function didn't work, so replacement arrived, which didn't work. I went to a local dealer/repairer, and when opened in front of me, the hard drive was not attached with screws, but held in with cardboard. I paid for the repair, and will never use this company again, as it is not the company it used to be in previous years

This is my second time using refurbished laptops and I have nothing but good things to say about our interactions. Speaking to them before purchase, I found them really helpful and willing to offer what guidance they could and, when there was a problem with the delivery of my first purchase (courier fault rather than theirs) they went out of their way to help resolve it. This focus on customer service also gives me confidence in their 12 month warranty. I will happily use them again and would have no fears over recommending them to others.

The Lenovo T430 was as new - even the battery lasts for 4 hours. It is fast, easy to use with a great keyboard, and excellent value. I have no hesitation in recommending Refurbished Laptops, as they really do deliver.
