"Offline,overpriced,bad support"
Site constantly down, they bill me right away, but didn't refund the 5 days my servers were offline because of their "fire".
Packages are overpriced, and support is terrible. 24 hours after putting in a ticket at Kamatera and sending an email to my "dedicated account manager" at omc.co.il , and no response at all. Pathetic.
Don't host your servers here, you will have nothing but trouble, and get NO SUPPORT at all.

"Exceptional Service and Support when we…"
Exceptional Service and Support when we needed it. I cannot stress how pleased we are that we started using Kamatera. We needed a server setup urgently, and the account manager was brilliant, engaging with our issues at 3am in the morning, patiently answering questions and reassuring us that the server would be good to go the same day - they did not disappoint. We opted for the managed service package and the support we receive is excellent and they always go the extra mile and even assist us with technical expertise when we need it. The server performance is also good, but you get what you pay for so this is subjective. On the whole I would definitely recommend Kamatera, we have been very happy with the customer and support service received, and have not changed our mind since we joined them in January.

"Nightmare"
Nightmare. Here is what unfolded, when I needed with some urgency a virtual development machine:
1. Signed up. Deployed Server.
2. Immediately was prohibited from using it due to "Fraud".
3. Sent emails, made calls, did everything I could to get them to lift the "Fraud" designation and let me use the server. No response. I called support, and they refered me to customer service. I emailed customer service and received a message back from the email server that my email was blocked.
4. Threw up my hands and walked away.
EXCEPT ...
5. They turned on the server and removed the fraud desgination without telling me.
6. I finally reach customer support after receiving notice that they will soon start to bill my credit card.
7. They walk me through how to disable my account, which I do immediately.
8. They charge my card anyway.
Incredible. I really, really, really recommed you avoid this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Shamboiic and lacklustre customer service skills and pitiful over all service.
Took money from my credit card with out my authorised and i find myself having to send them 10 emails asking for refund to which they dont reply
Do yourself a big favour and USE another VPS of which there are many

I did not get any refunds, and they want to charge me over 150$, i have blocked kamatera from charging me, but i wouldnt use it.

Just a headache. Kamatera customer support is terrible and honestly gave me a headache having to deal with them. If only their policies were more customer friendly and we didn’t have to use their support team, it’ll create a better customer experience. 1/5 from me and won’t be recommending this cloud provider to anyone. If you are going to pay top dollar for cloud services you deserve better support and service for your money. Look else where guys, you’ve been warned

They wrote off 48$ at the beginning of the month even though my total cost for month was about 8 dollars. I had been using their service for less than a month. I had created a ticket but got no response at all. Definitely, the lowlifes not worthing to have a business with.

"I have had a fantasticly bad experience..."
(original first sign up review) I have had a fantastic experience with Kamatera! The service provided is excellent and the performance for the cost is far beyond anyone else I have tried. Being a computer guy for a living and dealing with servers day in and day out, I have worked with almost everyone. Kamatera is by far the BEST!
(Edit after being suspended): A week after signing up for service, although I changed my account to unmetered bandwidth, my account was then suspended for "paranormal activity" and they accused me of using 800 mbps bandwidth, which seems rather impossible to me. Definitely wont be back now. I use a lot of bandwidth, but isn't that what you do with a server on a fast network? Otherwise, what is the point of owning something you are not allowed to use.

Great, trustful company.
I got hacked last week by some man and the Kamatera support team was quick to assist me and restore all my servers with my work.
