Hello if you are having a project that is really important and you want to run it on Aeza server that must be the big mistake of your life. their down time is just crazy and without letting know people. it could take a day or a week to fix the issue and imagine if you have no backup of your project you are totally screwed you life... this has happened multiple times and when i asked them they always say something like this " Hello.

У меня промо-тариф, был на 3 месяца, в этом месяце буду продлевать сразу на год. Все устраивает - мощный виртуальный сервер, защита от ддос, выгодный тариф.
Техподдержка неплохая, реагируют не моментально, но завтраками не кормят и реально помогают со всеми непонятками.

Услугой виртуального сервера пользуюсь уже больше года. Доволен всем, начиная с нормальной цены. Сервер на современном, мощном оборудовании, поддерживает множество ПО. С настройками и управлением трудностей не испытывал. Если и были непонятные вопросы и проблемы, обращался в поддержку, решили в течении дня. Хорошим плюсом является и защита от атак.

I have been waiting for a refund for nearly 3 months, they keep telling me it's with the finance department but I have still not received a refund. I've been told nearly 10 times that it will be done within the next few days, but I am still waiting

One of the worst company ever. They told me the product I ordered was out of stock and they said they will refund me minus 20%. When I pushed I want a full refund, they mysteriously suddenly had the product in stock. I didn't need it anymore so I kept asking for a refund. In middle of the conversation they activated the product now. I was so confused, I should have read the reviews on here before using this company. I will call my Credit Card and look to recover money that way.

Не сказал бы что плохой хост, но он и не хороший тоже, так как у них есть достаточно частые проблемы (которые исправляют иногда быстро, а иногда целыми днями), а также их DDoS защита не всегда справляется (иногда ддосят их, а иногда и меня, и Cloudflare/другой провайдер защиты в основном справляется лучше встроенной).
Также этот хостер по неизвестным причинам не реагирует на абузы, в последнее время слышал от своих знакомых, что их часто атаковывали с подсетей того хостинга (в основном был перебор пароля в SSH/DDoS атаки с ботнетов) и было интересно то, что на почту, указанную в Whois, почему-то никто не отвечал.
Если вам не особо важен аптайм из-за ддоса/прочих проблем, то покупайте, а если важен - то рекомендую присмотреться к другому хостеру.

UPD: Аеза, вам делать нечего? Вы бы лучше сначала со своими недостатками разобрались, а не писали шаблонный ответ и чуть позже пытались удалить отзыв, которому между прочим уже год.
