This was a replacement order from a package the week before lost by USPS

That was one of my first orders of the year! They looked great.

Pre ordered in October for end of March. Multiple items were backordered or not available and my last shipment contained plants so small they were not usable while over half of the others had been damaged during shipment making over half the order not usable.

Becoming worse every year. I have two open orders, one placed back in FEBRUARY and both of them are showing out of stock, low stock or backordered plants. What is the deal? Especially with the February order, those plants should have been reserved for us and ready to go, how can you claim a shortage/out of stock? Also have no idea if and when I'll receive my credit for missing plants. Easter is next weekend, I need every plant I ordered and NC Farms has become unreliable. This will impact holiday sales for our small business. I don't know how much longer I can keep wasting money and time with this company.

Your plants are absolutely fantastic. They are just so green and growing when they arrive.
Thus year the delivery company chose to play volleyball with one of my boxes. Elizabeth in customer support has been an absolute jewel to work with. Thank you for EVERYthing!

The order shipped when supposed to. Plant health was great.

My one issue is that the pansy trays were jumbled. I mean at some point the box must have been turn upside down. about 25% of tray was spilled out of tray.

About 10% of the other two trays as well. everything else was fine.

the plants were 60 spilled out of there pods and were all over the tray in piles your team did issue rebursment for the plants lost

Many of the marigold plugs were broken and unusable.
Petunia plugs were "shorted". Looked like you needed 50 or so for another order. The 288 tray was only partially filled.
Geranium plugs were dry and "leggy".
Ipomoea was fine.
