"Shipping Damage "
While this was not directly your fault I had about 10% of my plugs damaged due to shipping.

"This years shipment was fantastic"
This years shipment was fantastic. Living on the other side of the continent is hard with freezing temps during shipments. Plants were in great shape, and very nice too! Working with this company 5 years now and they really strive to excellence! Thanks for extra packing, more This Side Up Stickers too. Unfortunately once the boxes leave NC Farms, carriers do not always read. Which is sad. But the extra efforts from NC Farms really helped!

"Dead herbs"
Dead herbs
Quite a few of the herbs I ordered were dead by the time they arrived. I was certainly disappointed because I love your company.

"Most of the plants were in good shape…"
Most of the plants were in good shape upon arrival. Some were tossed all about and broken up but that’s the fault of the shipping. Overall pleased with my order.

" coleus cutting inconsistency "
The coleus cuttings I received were not consistent in size within the same variety. They ranged from tall and leggy to compact. The tall leggy cuttings were too tall for the packing and were susceptible to damage during delivery.

"They go out of their way to help"
They go out of their way to help, and full trays of plants. I have been nothing but pleased!

"The shipping experience was not good"
The shipping experience was not good. I realize this is a UPS problem, but it seems something should be done differently. My original shipment (week of February 3rd) was in really bad shape. Several of the plants were not in their cells and were in a pile within each layer of trays in the box. NC Farms was quick to respond with my request to have plants replaced. Seven of the 15 trays I ordered were pretty severely damaged in shipping and NC Farms sent me replacements of the seven trays the following week. However, unfortunately, the replacements had damage as well. Not nearly as bad as the first week, but still some damage. Of the 15 (35 count) trays I ordered, I probably have an average of 85% living/quality plants. Not exactly what I was hoping for when I placed my order in December. These are for a fundraising plant sale for our Hort Club - and we're not off to the best start. Again, I think this is mostly a UPS problem. If this is an unusual circumstance, then I guess I in the minority. However, if this is normal, maybe packaging needs to change???? Not sure????
