Great experience from the beginning and I strongly recommend their services.
It all started with a video call, free of charge, where i got a quotation. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have been, considering I knew almost nothing in regards of solar energy.
Shortly after a team arrived at my house and installed scaffolding so the engineers can attend to install the system. Installation team was professional and kept everything clean and tidy, also helped me achieve the best outcome for the location of the circuit and battery. They were happy to do whatever I asked of them in this regard so everything was to my liking.
Last but not least, many thanks to the project manager Jade that helped me with all the documentation and warranty certificates afterwards!

Nessy checked on me throughout the process and helped me prepare for my EV charger installation. She also chased the engineer that the national grid sent to have an isolator installed the day before installation, meaning that installation took place when it was supposed to without delay. The entire process was smooth from start to finish thanks to her amazing customer support.
