Customer service was very helpful. I made the mistake when setting up my auto payment date, I didn’t realize that they start their calendar date on a Monday vs Sunday. I normally get paid n 4th Wednesday if the month. I THOUGHT I picked the last Wednesday by picking middle of calendar when I ACTUALLY picked a Thursday. Watch for this. They did reimburse me and I changed my auto date myself.
