I received a fraud alert concerning a purchase from London! I called Customer Service and from the initial text message of the fraud alert to the call to Customer Service man they were on it!!! Customer Service reps were attentive and patient! I was able to understand them speaking English! They solved my issue in less than 3 mins... Thanks to you all!
