We booked HOCU for our yearly boiler service and we had advisements on parts that need replacing and these were fitted quickly and efficiently on the same day, so we are all set for winter. A very well-organised company, initial enquiry and subsequent queries handled most efficiently by Grace. Work replacing our very old hot water tank and removing an old gas fire was carried out about 10 days from my first enquiry. Vince arrived exactly on time and worked very hard to complete the job. He explained the new system carefully to us and left things cleaner than he found them! We would thoroughly recommend HOCU.
