"Nightmare - do not buy from here"

absolute nightmare to assemble, we nearly lost our minds. Video sent to is was wrong. Instructions nightmare to follow. Called company they said should have taped and took photos of our process.

We had to spend an extra £150 to bring in a builder to fit it to the wall and make sure it was even safe to sleep on.

The refund issued was 50 pounds.

I recently purchased Multi 36 Sliding Door Wardrobe 233cm and I am extremely disappointed with quality. I would strongly advise against buying this product as it is clearly not worth the price and offers very poor value for money.

"Good product, poor instructions"

This is a good quality product, let down by poor instructions. All the parts went together well, and the metal fittings are robust and should last. The bed seems comfortable (though I have not yet spent a night on it) and the opening / closing mechanism works well.
However, this is definitely a job for at least two people with previous experience of assembling flat pack furniture and a decent range of tools (particularly spirit levels and Allen keys). The instructions consist of a series of pictures, and are not particularly clear in several of the steps. It would help greatly of all the panels came with a (peelable) label to identify them as many are very similar. Identifying all the parts took us a long time before we started assembly.
The carcass is assembled first, and then raised into position. If you have a modern house like ours, you may find the ceiling is too low to allow the carcass to be swung upright. We had to remove the bottom panel and feet to give enough room to raise it into position, and then had to lift it back onto the base once vertical.
Another word of warning concerns the next step after fixing to the wall and and connecting the part-assembled bed frame. At this point the frame is light compared to the finished bed, and requires some force to pull down for the the next stages of assembly. It must be held down to do this, ideally by someone sitting on the end of the frame. If it is accidentally released at this point it will spring back with some considerable force due to the strong springs and could be lethal. Please be aware of this!
In summary, this is a quality product, all the holes accurately align, and the results look good. However, some previous experience is required before attempting assembly. I say this having assembled much flat-pack furniture over many years.

"A good quality piece of furniture which works perfectly for our needs."

The furniture is of good quality and once fitted in position works perfectly. As a fold up double bed it is quite a large piece but its design ensures that it doesn’t look out of place when closed up with its smart detailing and clean lines.
It came in several boxes with hundreds of bolts, screws, fixings and plastic slat couplers and lots of timber pieces.
It had to be built using the diagrams as the instructions were in about eight languages, none being English. But it was pretty easy to work out what went where. It was built and fitted in one day by one person but would have been quicker with two.
All in all, we are very pleased with the bed and the convenience of folding to allow the room to be used as a second (small) lounge/tv room.

I ordered a wall be, two bed storage cabinets and a cupboard. I made the order just before Christmas and they were ready to deliver in just 2 days. The delivery was on time, early slots. The quality of the bed is excellent. It is exactly as they show on videos, the mechanism is very smooth. The suggestion is to ask/look for assembly as it takes time, but otherwise value for money is great. They also provide transparency to discount codes on their website, which helps with savings. I definitely recommend.

From start to finish all was easy breeze!
Ordering was so easy, I emailed a few times and each time their response was quick and clear. Delivery was spot on! (I live in a block with no lift on top floor!) Assembly was so easy and instructions was straightforward. My girls love their new bed too!
