"Seal and Store bags with no seal power"

I bought several Seal and Store large vacuum bags and out of 6 only 2 kept their vacuum shape all the others just were like a simple plastic bag. I re-vacuumed them just in case and they all lost their compression. Not worth buying as it's all a matter of chance. I emailed Addis to get their suggestions/comments and they never answered. Very disappointing.

I purchased a shirtmaster ironing board 3 years ago. It came with a 10 year warranty so long as you retained your proof of purchase.

Last week my ironing board developed a major fault. So off I went on to the Addis website, and I found a customer service E-mail address.

I sent an email to customer service about my issue along with pictures of the fault and proof of purchase. Within a week I received an E-mail confirming my home address to be sent out a replacement. I confirmed my address and have been informed to wait up to 10 working days to receive the replacement.

The process of claiming under the warranty could not have been more simple. After reading other reviews on here I did feel I was maybe wasting my time.

However so far my experience has been the opposite. Now just waiting on the replacement. Fingers crossed that will be as promised. If not I will amend this review but given the perfect customer service so far I am hopeful.

I purchased an addis cleaning sense superdry plus mop in 2018 with a 3yr warranty, the mop slowly broke up - bits coming away from the frame over time. In Jan 2020 it broke completely becoming unable to use. I contacted the customer service department, regarding a replacement under the warranty. I did not have any response - I contacted them several times over the last year - and not once have they replied. Like any company when they want to make a profit, they were quick to sell the mop but when you need assistance or a warranty replacement they do not want to know. DONT BUY THESE PRODUCTS

I don't know how you can say you did not get my emails as I had a confirmation from you that you had received my enquiry. (I have sent this to you, along with my original emails sent to you)

I checked my spam as i do regularly when I am expecting to hear from someone.

My guarantee was for 3yrs and as you have taken so long to respond, i dumped the mop and recommended to many people not to buy this product.

i originally called Addis but was unable to get an answer, there was no option to leave a message as the mailbox was full according to the recording I received.

"Addis Laundry Baskets - worth the money ?"

Tried a number of cheap laundry baskets didn’t last very long decided to pay the extra for the Addis products.
Tried both the collapsable and the fold flat; very disappointed with both. Both failing badly one within 6 months.
Great idea, unfortunately the products are not up to the job, held together with Gaffa tape and cable ties until a cheap replacement arrives.
Wish we could support them but cheap imports and disposable items win on this occasion.
Just a follow up; thank you Addis for making contact albeit some time later. I had a number of discussions and submitted the information to customer service to resolve they could not help prior to my original review

"Appalling customer service and low quality 50L Pedal bin product"

An original and helpful customer services representative replaced their failed and faulty 50L Pedal bin under warranty. Then the replacement also failed under warranty. After making contact with their customer services, they refused to replace the replacement, and claimed that their warranty ONLY applies to the original purchase.
Be warned about this company. Their products fail with little use, they deny a second replacement even when the fault is with their product.
