Have ordered a lot of vinyl over the years and can say in terms of the packaging Assai is the best I have experienced. Really well packed with care. Excellent customer service on the occasions I have dealt with them too - e.g. combining orders to reduce postage charges.

I bought an lp from Assai online and stupidly forgot to update the delivery method. I emailed the support team and received a response promptly with instructions on how to rectify my error. "Limited edition signed obi strip LP"

I purchased an LP with a signed obi strip, all was good. When the item arrived two of the five signatures had been glued over by (I assume) Assai records staff. When I complained all I got was an email saying return the goods at my own cost. Wow, their mistake, goods not as advertised by Assai and I have to pay for their failings, this leaves a bitter taste. Previous dealings with Assai records have all been good.
