"Lovely new door and side panels"
Very good communication throughout from Razwan. Fitters turned up on time, were friendly and did a good job of fitting the new door and side panels. Good quality and a fair price.

"Fantastic finish and fine craftsmanship…"
Fantastic finish and fine craftsmanship
I had a bay window fitted which comprised of 5 separate units, 1 large rear window and 2 front windows fitted within 2 days. The chaps who arrived to fit the windows kept me informed of their intentions throughout in terms of which windows they would be working on, which was useful as we have an 18 month old to entertain in separate rooms of the house. Whilst working upstairs both fitters removed their shoes even though we had laminate on both floors.
At each stage of the fitting one of the installers called me in so that he could explain the finishing and also showed me how to clean the upstairs windows from outside. When finishing up for both days the installers vacuumed up the floors and made sure I was happy with the place in terms of cleanliness. They even brought dust sheets for the furniture. I was very happy with their attitudes and pretty much cracked on whilst keeping me informed along the way.
In terms of the price and finish, WeatherGuard is very competitive. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

"I couldn’t have had a better experience…"
I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. My new windows were made and installed within a couple of weeks. They were very efficient and the installers managed to fit the news ones (5) within 5 hours. I’m very impressed by the company and would recommend to others.

"BRILLIANT"
From start to finish what a amazing job by Michael and the team,
We had some difficult sized windows to replace and it was very hard to decide between choosing a company, so glad we chose Weatherguard will be using them again in the summer for our conservatory

"Avoid at all costs!"
Avoid at all costs!
Update 2: Do not listen to their lies in the reply to this review, as the issues are still not resolved, the company has just "completed" the job on their side and will no longer respond, despite there existing numerous faults with the installation still outstanding, which their installation manager agreed were faults and said would be fixed, however they still have not been.
I wouldn't have expected to call them back even once, but they have been out twice after the initial installation to try to rectify the faults, but just leave a half finished mess rather than actually completing the job, which makes no sense, as you'd think it'd be in their best interest to fix it first time.
Update: They are still pushing the date to fix the windows further and further back.
This is after the last date where they were supposed to fix the issues, but they did a couple of bits, then fobbed me off by telling me to call the office for the rest of the work doing as they weren't being paid for being called out again, so weren't willing to do more of the work.
All the while the fitters that were supposed to be fixing the windows were having a strop because they had to come back and fix the poor first installation, slamming doors and throwing things in the garden.
One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with and will be actively telling everyone I know to go elsewhere, as they're just cowboys.
Their "installation manager" has been out to look at the state they left the windows in and agreed that it's subpar work that isn't fit for purpose.
I'll be taking further action unless something is done about the windows, but seeing how they've set dates and missed the dates 3 different times, I have no confidence that they'll resolve the issues.
At the moment I'm left with draughty rooms all over the house and stuck with higher heating bills than with the very old double glazing that was installed before...
Original Review: The standard at which they have finished off the windows is absolutely shocking.
I wish I could add pictures to these reviews, as once you saw the pictures, you'd definitely not go with them to fit anything.
They've left the windows missing almost all of the trim and they're letting in more of a draught than the old windows they replaced as they've not properly used the expanding foam and have even missed whole sections of where there should be expanding foam.
On top of this, they keep promising dates to come out and fix the problems, but keep pushing it back.
I knew by the very pushy salesman that turned up to discuss the windows that it would be a mistake going with them, but I now wish I would have trusted my gut and went with any other company, as I'm sure that the work would have been completed to a much higher standard.

"Firstly excellent windows and fitting"
Firstly excellent windows and fitting. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up everywhere after. The windows look AMAZING. Only issue was lack of communication as delayed due to covid, this wasn't an issue but an update would of been nice. But minor problem which doesn't effect quality or visual pleasement of new windows. Very happy!!

"Rude, bad mannered sales people - Awful 1st impression"
Requested a quote for windows at my property. The representative that came out to see us started the sale very well. He brought visuals for us to see and explained in detail the products that could be offered to us. The price quoted was competitive.
This appointment then took a downward spiral when we advised that a decision could not be made there and then as we had to research our options fully for the representative to throw a paddy and sulk like a petulant child and informed us that we had 'wasted his diesel'. He went on to say he didn't need our business as we were only quoted for three windows. He continually used bad language in front of my child and I found him to be the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Safe to say, Weatherguard will not be getting my business nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing!
