My experience with this company was indeed great! I worked with Sam and several of his colleagues. When I had a question (and I had many!), I received a response the same day or the very next business day. I received my ring exactly when promised, but due to my own mistake, it needed to be re-sized. There was no charge for re-sizing! I was provided detailed instructions and shipping labels, so returning the ring was easy. When it came back, a day earlier than I expected, it fit perfectly. It is gorgeous!
I highly recommend this company, and have never dealt with staff anywhere else who were as patient, thorough, and helpful as Sam and his associates. And their prices were better than anywhere else I looked!

On Sept 6, I ordered (and PAID FOR) a pair of 2.5 Ct diamond with platinum stud earrings with custom (heart shaped) prongs for my wife's birthday. I received the earrings on November 3, eight weeks after my credit card was charged. Although the excuses turned out to be legitimate, (studs had to be manufactured three times to hold the stones), the communication was terrible until I cancelled the order. Only then did "upper management" get involved and personally contact me almost daily with updates until the earrings were completed and mailed overnight. The final product was excellent. Unfortunately, one of the stones was ABSOLUTELY upgraded- ("F": when in reality a "G" at best), but that is not particularly the fault of B2C, that is what happens when you order IGL or EGL stones, they are ALWAYS upgraded. Fortunately, in earrings this was tolerable. In the end, they credited me $200 as "good will" and wife is happy. Overall an excellent product although you WILL wait for it.
