"Very thankful for B2C Jewels!"

I was in the market to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring and I decided to go back to B2C Jewels, where I purchased her original engagement ring back in November 2017. To my surprise, I had the opportunity to be served again by Shane and the same Team of individuals for my second time around and I must say that the customer experience, the expertise, and the customer service once again far exceeded my expectations. During the process, the entire Team was exceptional, but Shane was my “go-to” person. He responded to my numerous emails and my numerous phone calls in a strong timely manner with updates and changes and that level of customer service is very hard to find these days; however, Shane and the Team delivered big time and my wife and I are thrilled over the results. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for having the opportunity to deal with Shane again, as he was already familiar with me as a customer since 2017. I cannot thank B2C enough for what they delivered for my wife.

B2C Jewels provided an excellent experience, Pascal especially was great! The didn't have the diamond I was interested in in stock, so they had it ordered specifically for me. I also like the fact that you can upgrade the diamond in a few years, so this is well worth the investment.

No doubts, that jewelries can be very expensive in case they look amazing and consist of minerals and diamods, however I'm convinced that it's worth buying actually. I had a dilemma what to present to my girlfriend on our anniversary. I thought that something useful would be much more effective to present, but I found out that girls prefer such things like jewelry.
