I ordered a diamond on December 7th as a gift for Christmas. My credit card was charged on the 11th. The information given at the time of order was that upon receiving payment the diamond would be shipped overnight. Today is the 21st I called and there is still no date for delivery. I insisted that they cancel the order and refund my money and I called the credit card company. While writing this review I received an email stating that the sales team had "canceled the order", the reason being: "Change of diamond". Another lie it seems.
