Felt from the start to the end that I was dealing with a professional company. Any questions were answered promptly and professionally.

It was nice to have someone at the hotel the morning of the match but the information about getting to the stadium could have been better. We were unable to get a taxi or an uber but fortunately had allowed enough time to get the metro . We were then going to get the tram for the remainder of the journey as advised on the information provided,0 but managed to get a taxi which we shared with other supporters. The hotel advised us that we could get bus 901 direct to the stadium and this is what we managed to get on the way back which took us straight to termini station which was only moments from the hotel. It would be good if coaches which are an extra charge could be put on to guarantee getting to and from the stadium

I initially contacted Melissa Campbell who set everything up for us...everything was prefect for us, the ability to pay into the account, the hotel was great, every email was answered on time. The team are very quick in responding to questions and addressed any concerns to a satisfactory outcome.

"Ticket concerns"

Booking trip was straightforward.
Waiting for tickets to match was far from good. We were going to Rome several days early before the match and after several phone calls only received the tickets a couple of days before we left so an anxious wait.
Hotel when we arrived seemed good, was central and close to Termini so we were content. Room was fine but shower was over bath and not so great. Breakfast on first morning was great, good food and exemplary service.
Our room had not been serviced when we returned in the evening and I had to ask for it to be done. It was still not serviced and I had to ask again a second time. Hotel apologised and gave us a complimentary drink and did eventually get it done while we waited in the lounge area.
Second breakfast on last morning was not so great as we were heralded into a smaller crowded room with no individual tables just all in rows, waitresses were more concerned with making sure you sat in the right area than anything else so service was wanting.
There was a shelf outside our hotel room where food left from people's breakfast room service was placed. The food was left there uncollected for the entire length of our two day stay....probably there still!
Overall Hotel not fault of Gullivers as on the face of it seemed nice.... but should have received tickets well before we did.

I felt the rep didn’t know very much about the event and how to get there and I felt you could have laid on a shuttle from the hotel to the ground

Price is the only let down really. 600.00 one of the cheaper tours from gullivers, for 2 nights b and b and a ticket. A lot of money considering you need to put beer and food on top. Not far short of a grand for 2 nights in Cardiff!!!
