Great train journey, amazing food and drink selection. The return to the train after the match was a bit of a shambles. We were told that we needed to be at the station 20 mins before the train was scheduled to leave. Which we were and were directed to the correct queue. But then it turned into a shambles. We were left standing in the queue for at least 45 mins with no information about the delay. Eventually we were let into the station but directed to the wrong platform. Eventually somebody sorted it out and we were directed to the right platform and boarded. Train pulled out about 1 hour late. Seats were acceptable and overall it was an excellent day out

"Definitely NOT prestige experience so don’t waste your money"

We paid almost £2000 for a supposed ‘prestige’ hospitality package that was really not accurate. Such a shame as had the potential to be special but feel it was grossly misrepresented. When contacted Gullivers to give feedback they sent a non-apology apology rationalising all of my points and not taking on board my feedback. Also turns out it was a ‘third party event’ so I guess that means they’re not liable? Which means I won’t book again and will instead look to use another company instead. Such a shame as have used them previously and they were excellent.

The northern Belle was a great experience. As was the rugby . Organisation could have been better at times ie the delays before and after. The 2 staff weren’t very proactive at keeping us updated.

Brilliant service as usual … only affected by National Express. Other than that communication is always accurate and we had the best seats and day

"Northern Belle Expereince "

Our experience was generally great, the northern belle experienece both ways was outstanding, staff and food could not be faulted. my criticism is with the Gullivers travel team, in the offer it explained that staff would be visiable around paddington and cardiff stations, didnt see any staff and had to ask general staff were the train was both ends. Then stood outside of the barrier until it just opened.

Great communication and updates. Helpful staff and hospitality desk was very personable and approachable. Great idea to have them on the ground for any questions and concerns. All good.
