"Good experience "

Overall we had a good experience with Gullivers. Great and clear communications before travel and could easily contact if I had a question. Nice hotels as part of the package and tickets delivered easily. Only downside was our seats in the stadium. Had paid extra for “gold” seats but we were so far back could hardly see the rugby game. That was disappointing in an otherwise positive experience.

easy to use web site, follow up documents and information received in plenty of time. Staff introduced themselves and available for any and all queries.

Think more consideration for age for the meet and greet, understand the logic of meet and greet but to stand for 2 hours was a little bit much to ask. Although seats were provided for people when they asked.

I know tickets for the game are allocated but I think consideration of age or ability for access to the very back seats should be considered prior to allocation. Some people struggled, we were grateful for tickets as I know we booked late on the tour. Perhaps before allocating people to seats there could be a question about 'where' the seats are? just a thought
