Used Motorhome Kings a few times now for caravan service and repairs. Always helpful and prices are good value. They often go above and beyond to ensure the customer is looked after. The fact that they are so busy says it all. Excellent people to deal with.

"Negative Rating for Poor Workmanship and Ignoring communication"

Should really be negative ratings for this company.
Booked for a habitation check and service of the vehicle. Found several issues which cost a lot to fix and put right. When I got the vehicle back it had a few issues and broke down on its maiden voyage.
No response from the company and they are not interested. Raised Letter complaining about poor service, it was ignored. Letter Before Action it was ignored and Small Claims Court rejected.
Now taking them to court for the poor workmanship and lack of response to the issues they caused.
No communication was received at any point when I raised an issue with them same with other customers. One in particular who asked for a ceiling light pendant to be replaced, of which they penetrated the ceiling which caused water to leak into the cabin. This had to be repaired by another company same as my experience. They have ignored all communication (and I definitely didn't ring 5 times per day as they never answer any calls) and mediation and now it is going to court.
They have also been reported to AWS and NCC as the work they carry out is below standard and not in line with current procedures or regulations. They failed to pick up on a major gas safety issue in my vehicle after they carried out one of their habitation checks. This has now been rectified by a NCC registered company who have confirmed the poor workmanship. Reports sent to AWS and NCC for investigation.
Be diligent and user other reputable companies. They only offer a 3-6 month guarantee. That states their workmanship straight away.
Response to your complaint proves it all.
Looking forward to my day in court to prove what cowboys this company are.

"Got me right out of the brown stuff!"

I rang in a panic on a Monday morning - our boiler died and we needed the van back by the Friday. Tony and the guys were already booked out but agreed to fit me in anyway. They had it sorted within a day and the price was more than fair. They also went the extra mile to support me with paperwork I needed (they probably spent longer on that than on the repair!).

Can't recommend Motorhome Kings highly enough - great people, great service.

We are really pleased we used Motorhome Kings. They replaced our water pump , carried out a habitation check and managed to fix our broken sink cover by cutting some decent Perspex to size ( cheaper than buying the part but looks great) all done for a reasonable price. They kept us advised of progress all the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We have used motorhome Kings on a couple of occasions for minor repairs to our Eldis auto quest motorhome, both times being completely satisfied with their work. In November we had had an habitation check carried out. Unfortunately, the van showed high readings for Damp. We decided to give motorhome Kings to go ahead with all the work that had been carried out. The work was undertaken predominantly by Chris in the workshop, who invited us down at various stages of the job to show us what he had found, and what needed to be done to resolve the issues.at every stage of the job, we have every confidence that the work was being carried out expertly. From Marie and reception (who made us feel part of the family, rather than a just a customer), and Chris in the workshop, I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone.
