"50th birthday present"

Marie was extremely helpful when we had to cancel our motorhome last October due to covid. We finally made it away just before Easter. First time hiring a motorhome as looking to possibly purchase one in the future enjoyed the experience shame about the weather. Would definitely recommend using Motorhome Kings if you're looking to rent or buy. Thanks for all your help and advice.

"Purchase of our first motorhome"

We have just purchased our first motorhome from this company in Newcastle. I must say we had been to several dealerships and private buyers but never anticipated such wonderful customer service from Marie & the team. From the first viewing, the knowledge, helpfulness, enthusiasm & genuine professionalism from Marie was superb. Any initial doubts or minor problems were sorted. When I say sorted, Marie sent us her phone number, e-mail & what's app contacts before we left the building after paying our initial deposit and said she can be contacted anytime. We asked for some additional work to be done & a date was given for the pick up after paying the final amount. In the meantime we asked Marie umpteen questions before pickup, nothing phased her & she always got back to us the same/next day. We are now in the process of planning our first getaway. If anyone is thinking of buying/renting a motorhome I can't recommend Marie & team highly enough. Thankyou for making a big decision so much easier.

Excellent service, really great price! Marie was really helpful, got my quote then sorted booking in for a tow bar. They were quick and efficient. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for my caravan service.

"Friendly and efficient"

We recently purchased a 4/5 berth motorhome from Motorhome Kings. We travelled up from Hertfordshire on 2 occasions, once to view and then to purchase. The service we received from Marie was honestly excellent. She showed us how everything worked, and was knowledgeable and patient. There were a few minor things that needed attention and these were sorted without any fuss. We were interested in having solar panels fitted and Marie and her colleague gave us all the information for us to go away and think about, without any 'hard sell' and we decided to get it done by them. In between our viewing and purchasing visits Marie was always contactable by phone, or would call us back (even during her lunch break). She was friendly and efficient and a credit to the company. So we now have our motorhome and are busy kitting it out and ready to plan our adventures. Thankyou Marue and the Motorhome King team.

Just had an external aerial fitted to my motorhome this week. From start to finish the service and workmanship was superb. Many thanks to Marie for re-arranging my booking at short notice as well. Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future.

We’ve just returned home from a fabulous holiday doing the NC500 (north coast of Scotland) this was our first time hiring a motorhome and won’t be our last. Marie from start to finish was unbelievable helped us pick the best suited van for our family and our needs which was like home from home. We would highly recommend this company.
