We placed an order it was never shipped, they ignored all emails, chat attempts, messages and the phone is disconnected!! We entered a dispute with our bank reversed the charge and these ‘people’ have the audacity to challenge the dispute and say they fulfilled the order!!!! Funny that they can respond to that email!!!
Should be ashamed of themselves!

Report to Fair Trading And dispute with your bank, it’s the only was to stop this sort of thing happening.

Do not order anything from this company they are a fraud they have taken payment out from my account and no goods have been delivered . Have tried contacting them via email on several occasions and the phone number listed is disconnected.FRAUDSTERS and THIEVES!!!!!

I have tried to get in touch with by Messenger as well but nothing I still have not received my order . I will look for other alternatives now . 😡😡😡😡

I had purchased refills online June 2024 without any update other than an email order confirmation. They do not respond to emails and the phone number listed is disconnected. The Facebook page hasn't had an update in over a year. I believe the company doesn't exist anymore but will still collect order payments without any intention of filling them.
