I ordered the curtains over a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. Every time I ask the company when they will be here, they just tell me to be patient. They provide a tracking number that doesn’t work.
They won’t refund me, as the package has supposedly been shipped. Check the returns policy too. They do not refund the whole amount if you want to send the purchase back.
I wish I read and trusted the other reviews before purchasing!!!

Absolutely awful experience with this company
I paid extra for it to come within 7-10 days and it did not show up till a month later
It was not as described on the website, the colours were a lot darker
And the curtains were the wrong measurements.
I contacted them regarding through email numerous times and they have offered me 5% and 10% discount despite all this being their fault. The quality of these items are awful! Please do not buy, I’m struggling to get a full refund of these fraudulent people!!

Your order will be in processing forever with no tracking or customer service in sight . That chat person will just continue to refer to an email address that is pointless because no one ever get back you . They will only confirm that they got your money after you’ve paid . After that no more communication. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back.

If I could rate in the negatives, I would. The order arrived a month and a half later, it was the wrong set of curtains, it was beyond see through and it was not sewn correctly. There is thread hanging out all around the curtains. They offered me 5%, 10% and 15% of my refund back because they said it would be too expensive to have it shipped back to them.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. DO NOT BUY. I cannot express this enough. It has been 5 weeks, they lost my order, and there is no number to call. This company is a giant scam.

I wish I could give this company a zero but it’s not available. I placed an order on June 3, 2020 and it’s July 7th and I still have not received my order. Support keeps telling me that it’s been shipped but still no order. This is so frustrating to know that they took the money out of my account right away but still have not sent my order... I NEVER do reviews but I thought everyone that decides to order from this company should be aware of this... I’m really upset with myself because I usually read reviews before I order from an unknown company but I did not this time. I’m really slapping myself right now!!!!!!!

I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered curtains back In mid May. Have not received curtains as of July 4. I have emailed the company with them stating the curtains are on the way, however no tracking number provided. I would not buy from this company they have poor customer service and do not like to issue refunds.

"My Son and I order a set of curtains…"
My Son and I order a set of curtains for my wife's 50th surprise party and the party happened 2 weeks ago and the curtains have yet to arrive. My son emailed them to get our money back and they responded a few days later that they can't refund our money because all orders are final plus the items were shipped. So my son emailed them again and asked them to return at least the shipping since we paid for express and it never got here.. they have yet to respond. They need to be investigated.

I ordered curtains for my daughters room and still have not recieved my item. They have not responded to my emails nor have they given me any shipping information STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY. Fraud is all over them !!! take peoples money shame on you !
