I ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT TWO SETS OF VOILE CURTAINS SO I COULD PURCHASE THE RIGHT COLOUR FOR MY DECOR AS COMPUTER COLOURS ARE NOT RELIABLE, ONE SET FROM curtains.COM THE OTHER FROM SOFT FURNISHING LTD THERE WAS A LOT OF CONFUSION BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT THEY WERE ALL THE SAME CO. I COULD NOT SPEAK TO AN ASSISTANT PERSONALLY JUST A STUPID AUTOMATED VOICE HIS QUESTION WERE IRRELEVANT TO MY QUERY ABOUT NON RECEIPT TO EXPLAIN THE CONFUSION WHEN ONE SET DID NOT ARRIVE AND I THOUGHT THE MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT IT TURNED OUT THE MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN FOR SOFT FURNISHING LTD AS I LIKED THE CURTAINS I DID RECEIVE, THE CASE I HOPE WAS CLOSED.

Rubbish.... I waited for my delivery for over a week, i then decided to give them a call only to be told that the items were out of stock, I said that I had an email saying that they were dispatched, they said it was an error, I said I should have been notified as I needed these items urgently, they said that the items will be back in stock may 5th and if I would still like to wait for the items, if I have just said that I needed them urgently why would you suggest I wait till may makes no sense, I asked them to refund my money ASAP so I don’t waste any more of my time which they did
