Ordered expensive curtain and because of picture and description are totally different. And chat agents providing different information.cancelled the order within an hour as their policy full refund of cancelled within 24 hrs
No has responded back and it has been 3 days I have been emailing to them. And the chat is no help at all they just switch sales 1 to sales 2 and keeps me repeating. I want my money back or will take legal action

"After waiting 9 weeks for the curtains…"
After waiting 9 weeks for the curtains I ordered they finally arrived today. They are absolutely awful. They are badly made, the stitching is terrible and smaller than the size asked for. Also the pictures seen were of stars and these curtains have flowers on I honestly have never seen such dreadfully made curtains that look completely nothing like advertised. I am so disappointed and will be making an official complaint to trading standards. Absolutely shocking

I wanted Sorbonne teal curtains to match a set I already have. The picture on the website looked like duck egg blue so I emailed to check they actually had teal and was assured they did. I placed my order, the money left the bank and no curtains arrived. I chased this up About 10 days later and was told they had no record of an order from me. After a bit of emailing they apologised and the curtains arrived a few days later. They were duck egg blue. It took them a couple of days to work out that the website had a problem and teal were out of stock. I was offered a refund but I can’t leave the house to get to the Post Office plus I’d already gone 3 weeks with no curtains in my bedroom window on a busy estate - not ideal. At this point I just wanted to get something up in the window even if it didn’t match. I requested a partial refund to compensate for all the inconvenience but was only offered a code for 10% off my next purchase which is if no use to me whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend.

I wasn't expecting much when I bought 4 pairs of curtains for a rental flat. When they arrived (on time ) I was very impressed. A great price and a good weight to each pair. They look great too. I'll be going to curtains.com for my curtains at home for sure.
