"Had issues with the website"
Had issues with the website. We normally purchase via PO but I was sent an e-mail from Ida to place the order on the website. I was blocked and was sent a link to use to get unblocked which did not work. today, 3 days later, I was instructed to call to place my order. Drew was very helpful and stayed on the phone until he received confirmation the order was being processed. He did say he was going to send me to IT, Darin I believe but ended the call instead. So I have not cleared up the website issue.

Darin came to our facility and provided direct hands on training for the use of our omegasonics equipment. I would say this training is a vital part of the entire system. We have been using ultrasonic equipment for years - but the information we learned in our time with Darin was phenominal and will have positive impacts in our entire contents cleaning and processing service.
