In a stark departure from what has become all too common, Omegasonics is a company who still believes in taking care of their customers. I purchased one of their ultrasonic cleaners used ( meaning I'm not even technically their customer ) and because the unit I bought was older, there was no documentation on the web. One call to Omegasonics and I reached a real human who was not only polite and helpful, but very fast and effective. Thank you Drew for your help!
