"Still going with these folks going on…"
Still going with these folks going on four months and still no idea when my service will be operational .Scheduled Final inspection twice and failed to show or notify me what was going on.Now they say they were suppose to upgrade the panel and then final inspection .So now they not sure when the panel installation will happen .Like most of you folks found them nice and were going to do their very best .Unfortunately right now couldn't recommend this company to anybody, but they might get better service So like I said 3 stars just for their honesty in the beginning ....

"Worst supplier ever please avoid !"
Worst supplier ever please avoid !! I am taking matters further as .84p per min for being off supply . As well as not being able to speak to a person on the phone there prepayment meters are robbing people blind £5 are vanishing off the meter they use the you must of used family and friends credit even though i watched the emergency credit . Nothing but con men .

"My meter decided to fail on a weekend"
My meter decided to fail on a weekend, And I was apprehensive with the office not being open. But the customer service team still organised a new meter within a couple of hours. And the refund was sorted within 3 working days. Yes, prices have gone up, but so have everyone else'. Still under the price cap. And highly recommended from me.

"Why another price hike"
I have a pre payment meter for electricity with omni energy. Within a month of joining the prices was hiked up, now we are on a second increase. So I’ve checked that omni energy is a green electricity supplier. This states that for every unit of energy I use the company ensures that another unit is placed back onto the network by a renewable generator, such as wind, solar and hydro. It’s stated that prices are increasing due to an wholesale increase in energy. Ok, obviously the infrastructure to supply this way must already be in place. So wind turbines must be there, water turbines and solar panels, so why the increase. Has the wind decided it needs more money to blow the wind turbines, or the water decided it needs more money to push the water turbines or the sun decided it needs more money to shine on the solar panels. No greedy fat cat people have. May I suggest your company taking a hit in its profits for a change and really looking after its customers like you all promise to do, but all fail so miserably at. Obviously your reply to this review will of course state that you are the lowest price around and I am free to leave with no penalty, blah, blah, blah.
I have also written to the wind, water and sun to get its act together to so don’t feel that I am just targeting your company.
Much love to the earth for providing free green electricity and to you for twisting it around and shafting us financially

Communication is always good, really easy to get in touch if needed and the customer care staff are knowledgable and polite. Has been really easy to switch and experience has been good. Would recommend.

I cannot fault Omni Energy at all. Having had a very bad ongoing experience with my previous supplier, Omni have been a breath of fresh air! They respond to their online chat and phone calls within seconds, unlike 20 mins or so with my previous supplier. They are very helpful and professional, and my cards and keys arrive promptly, again, unlike my previous supplier who sometimes couldn't be bothered to send them out. I would definitely highly recommend this company, just wish I found them sooner.

"Amazing service"
I had an emergency on a Sunday evening where my puppy chewed up my top up card, and then the meter itself decided to break down!
The phone lines were closed so I posted a message on the webcam form, Omni monitor this out of hours and their rep, Chris, got back to me within the hour. I don't like using the phone at the best of times so we conducted everything over email and he was really helpful. I had an engineer out to replace the meter within 12 hours and a new gas card was sent to my address the day after.
Throughout Chris was polite and helpful, he answered all of my questions and even checked in after the engineer had been to ensure everything was working as it should. I couldn't have asked for more and it was a lot easier dealing with Omni that with other companies I've been with in the past. Highly recommend!

"Would have given 5 stars if prices…"
Would have given 5 stars if prices didn't increase 3 days after receiving my new gas and electric card and key... But communication is always fantastic and the switch was really easy.

"Significant improvement"
I joined Omni to support one of the smaller suppliers and because their rates were competitive. I’ve edited my review from one star to 5 stars at my own decision, because the service standards have improved significantly.
They have been quick to help when an issue has occurred, even if not there fault and I decided to remain with them. They are also at time of writing the cheapest prepay in the UK.
